The region’s top swimmer has made a verbal commitment to Ohio State. According to WPKO radio, Bellefontaine senior Amy Fulmer is not able to sign with the University until November, but has accepted a verbal offer to join the swimming buckeyes.
She holds (or has been a part of) 9 of the school’s 11 swimming records and also holds several league records. She finished as state runner-up in the 100 free and took the bronze medal in the 100 backstroke event in February. Stacked up against other swimmers in the state, Fulmer is ranked among the top ten, coming in at number eight.
