An investigation led to the arrest of three individuals suspected of being involved in a rash of burglaries and thefts over the past several weeks around Kenton.
According to Kenton Police Chief Dennis Musser, the Hardin County Crime Task Force served a search warrant Saturday at a residence in Scioto Village Apartments where Kenton residents Josh Rose and Rex Shark as well as Damien Stewart, of Mt. Victory were arrested. The Task Force also impounded two vehicles and seized heroin, drugs and drug paraphernalia. Multiple charges are pending against the three.
This follows on the heels last week when Christopher Fout and Laisha Woodruff were arrested and drugs as well as over $1100 in items stolen from local businesses were seized.
Another individual, identified as Charles Featherton, was arrested last week in a car stolen in Texas. He too is suspected of being involved in a number of burglaries and thefts in the area.
Chief Musser added that the three groups were operating separately from each other.
