Two Taken Into Custody Following a Sunday Evening Crash

 
A traffic accident Sunday evening led to charges against one driver and two people in the car not at fault were taken into custody on warrants.
 
According to the report at the Kenton Police Department, officers were called to the crash at the intersection of Wayne and Decatur Streets around 6:30 Sunday evening. While at the scene, an officer ran the names of two people in the vehicle not at fault. It was discovered that 53 year old Kimberly Action was wanted on a warrant through Hardin County Municipal Court, and a passenger, 22 year old Christopher Workman had an active warrant through the Hardin County Sheriff's Office. Both were taken into custody and transported to the Multi County Jail in Marion.
 
The driver of the car at fault, Jennifer Snyder, of Mt. Victory, was cited for failing to yield the right of way.
