Authorities in Wyandot County are looking for the driver of a car that struck a grain elevator in Nevada over the past weekend.
The Daily Chief-Union reported that a white Pontiac sedan struck the elevator and the driver then fled the scene. A witness told deputies that a man was passed out in front of a pizza shop and when the owner of the business tapped on the window, the man drove off, struck the elevator and sped off. The driver is described as a man in his his mid-20’s.
Witnesses reported seeing the vehicle headed east on County Highway 55 into Crawford County, according to the paper.
