A Wood County man has been indicted on multiple charges related to a chase in which he allegedly lit and threw bottles of explosive chemicals at law enforcement officers.

According to a release from the F.B.I., 45 year old William B. Milliron, of Bloomdale, was charged with assault on federal officers, possession and use of a destructive device during a crime of violence, manufacturing and possessing methamphetamine and being a felon in possession of ammunition.

Late this past February, U.S. Marshals spotted Milliron, who was wanted for a probation violation in Florida, near Bowling Green and attempted to pull the car over. A pursuit ensued during which Milliron is said to have thrown bottles, which contained an unknown substance,  at the pursuing cars, and one of the bottles exploded on the windshield of a police vehicle.

The pursuit ended in Findlay when Milliron crashed his vehicle.

He was arrested with 13 rounds of live ammunition in his pants pocket.
