Residents in Forest are being asked to weigh in on a proposed change to an intersection in the village.
According to the village's Facebook page, due to a visibility issue, the intersection of West Dixon Street and Mad River Street, which is State Route 53, is considered a hazard by Forest village leaders.
They say that is because a vehicle has to cross 6 to 8 feet into the intersection to give the driver the required 390 feet view to the south.
The question for residents is should traffic be changed to one way, eastbound only, for one block from Mad River Street to South Patterson Street?
Community opinions on the question can be sent to the Village Office at 211 West Lima Street, Forest, 45843.
Only signed letters with an address that are received by October 7 will be considered.
