The superintendent of Indian Lake Schools was indicted yesterday on sex related charges.

 

According to the the Logan County Clerk of Courts website, Pat O'Donnell was indicted by the Logan County Grand Jury on two counts each of rape and sexual battery and one count of gross sexual imposition.

 

O'Donnell was put on paid leave after he was arrested on the charges. The Indian Lake Board of Education then placed him on unpaid leave and is considering terminating his contract. That action was taken at the June board meeting.

 

He is accused of sexually assaulting a 13 year old girl from January of 2013 to the fall of 2016.

 

In addition, his wife Heather O’Donnell was indicted on two counts of child endangering, according to the Clerk of Courts website.
