Several highways in our region continue to be closed or monitored due to high water. 
According to a release from the Ohio Department of Transportation:
The following roads remain closed in:
Hancock County
.U.S. 224
.Route 235
.State Route 568
.State Route 12 east of I-75, Findlay, (closed under the direction of the city of Findlay).
The National Weather Service has continued the flood warning for the Blanchard River Near Findlay until late Sunday night.

According to information from the NWS:
. At 10:00 AM Friday the stage was 16.5 feet.
.Major flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
Major flooding in the City of Findlay*
.Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
.Forecast...The river will rise to near 16.8 feet by this evening.
Major flooding in the City of Findlay*
The river will fall below flood stage Sunday evening.
In Wyandot County:
All highways which had been closed due to flooding are now open.
Residents should refer to their respective county sheriff’s office for information on local road closures.
 Motorists are reminded not to drive through areas of high water.
