A former Findlay High School Principal is interested in the State Senate seat left vacant by Cliff Hite.

WFIN Radio reported that Craig Kupferberg has announced his intent to run for the State Senate that was left vacant after former State Senator Cliff Hite resigned earlier this month. The former Principal said that he plans to run for the seat next year if the Republican Caucus doesn’t pick him as the replacement.

The Republican Caucus is taking applications for a replacement until Nov. 6th.
