The Ohio State University at Marion Office of Student Life | Diversity & Inclusion and Marion Technical College will host a group of talented Marion campus students who will share their unique performance skills as part of the campus’s third annual student talent competition, “Marion’s Got Talent,” Monday, November 13th, 6- 8 p.m. in Morrill Hall Auditorium.

Vocalists, musicians, dance, stand-up comedy, and more will be featured at the event.  Marion’s Got Talent is free and open to the public.  Prizes will be awarded to first, second, and third place winners based on scoring by a panel of judges from campus faculty and administration.

According to Program Coordinator for Student Life, Karen Leuthold providing an outlet for students to take part in the arts is an important part of student life programming.

“This is a good way for students on the Marion campus to express themselves artistically,” said Leuthold.

“Many of our students have been involved in music, theatre, and the arts their entire lives,” she added.  “I think it is paramount for us to continue to have outlets for their artistic expression.”
