Approximately sixty individuals are expected to become U.S. citizens at a naturalization ceremony scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 6 at 12:30 p.m. in Winebrenner Theological Seminary’s TLB Auditorium, 950 North Main Street in Findlay.


The free, public event is being hosted by the University of Findlay.


The Honorable Judge Jeffrey J. Helmick of the U. S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, will preside over the ceremony and give the oath of citizenship.


Also taking part in the ceremony will be area high school seniors Gabrielle Rodriguez from Riverdale High School, and Jessica Haught and Alyssa Jordan, both from Arlington High School, who will be specifying the obligations of citizenship.


Music will be provided by the Riverdale High School A Capella Choir and the Arlington High School All Brass Band.
