The Wyandot County Grand Jury returned indictments on 26 individuals on cases presented by the Wyandot County Prosecutor's Office.
 
Numerous cases involved drug trafficking investigations conducted by local law enforcement agencies working collaboratively as members of the METRICH Enforcement Unit.
 
Carey P.D., Upper Sandusky P.D. and the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office have served indictments on their following cases:
 
Scott A. Boes of Upper Sandusky was indicted on two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, felonies of the third degree, two counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, being felonies of the third degree, Permitting Drug Abuse, trafficking in L.S.D., and possession of L.S.D., all being felonies of the fifth degree.
 
Jeremy Clark of Upper Sandusky and employed in Carey was indicted for permitting drug abuse, being a felony of the fifth degree.
 
Taran Keith Gillen of Upper Sandusky was indicted for aggravated trafficking in drugs in the vicinity of a juvenile, being a felony of the third degree and trafficking in drugs, being a felony of the fifth degree.
 
Tiffany Sieving of Upper Sandusky, Christopher Samuel Lewis of Upper Sandusky and Ryan Lee Roberts of Wharton were indicted on one count of trafficking in marijuana, being a felony of the fifth degree.
 
Kodak Jeffrey Lawrence of Carey was charged with three counts of trafficking in marijuana, being felonies of the fifth degree and illegal cultivation for marijuana, being a felony of the fourth degree.
 
Brendan Tyler Kinn of Carey was indicted on two counts of trafficking in marijuana, being felonies of the fifth degree and aggravated trafficking in drugs, being a felony of the fourth degree.
 
Heather Ann Hyden of Carey was indicted for two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs in the vicinity of a juvenile, being felonies of third degree, aggravated trafficking in drugs in the vicinity of a juvenile, being a felony of the second degree, and four counts of aggravated possession of drugs, being a felony of the fifth degree.
 
Labraea Daff of Carey was indicted on complicity to aggravated trafficking in drugs in the vicinity of a juvenile, being a felony of the third degree.
 
Andrew Joseph Swartz of Carey was indicted for trafficking in heroin, being a felony of the fifth degree.
 
Christopher Rathburn of Mount Blanchard was indicted on two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, one count being a felony of the fourth degree and one count being a felony of the third degree because the offense was completed in the vicinity of a juvenile.
 
Roger Brodbeck of Kirby was charged with two counts of trafficking in marijuana, being felonies of the fifth degree and aggravated trafficking in drugs being a felony of the third degree.
 
All cases are currently pending in the Wyandot County Common Pleas Court.
