The Hyatt Block in Findlay has been awarded state funding through the Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit program for renovations to the historic structure.
The Hyatt Block is a three-story building in Findlay's downtown historic district. Except for the first floor, the building has been vacant for more than 10 years. The renovated space will be home to an arts organization offering therapeutic and educational opportunities with offices on the second and third floors.
Applications are received bi-annually in March and September for the Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit.
