Two people were arrested in Upper Sandusky and are facing drug charges.

According to a release from the Wyandot County Sheriff's Office, the METRICH Enforcement Unit and the Wyandot County Major Crimes Unit were notified that the two were staying in a house in the 15,000 block of Township Highway 71. 33 year old Zachary L. Malone and 27 year old Allyson N. Youngquist were inside the house. Both had felony warrants out of Franklin County.

Detectives in the house observed indicators that a methamphetamine lab was present and a search warrant was obtained.

The lab was deactivated and several items, including methamphetamine, were seized.

Malone and Youngquist were each charged with the illegal manufacture of a controlled substance.

The Wyandot County Sheriff's Office, Prosecutor's Office and the Marseilles Fire Department assisted in the investigation.
