Coach Aaron Frazee said, "A tough loss against a good opponent to end the regular season for us. Bellevue gave us some trouble with some good hard serves. They just really could hit the ball with pace that we don't get to see very often and we struggled to overcome that. I thought Sydney Schryer played one of her best matches tonight even though the score doesn't reflect that. She has played so tough for us at first singles all year and she hasn't been on the winning end very often, but this says an awful lot about her. That she continues to compete until the very end and she should be very proud of her effort not only tonight but all season. The JV match was very exciting as well as Abby Davidson trailed 5-2 in her set and then won the next 4 games and ended up winning the tiebreaker 7-3. Again, that says a ton about her desire to compete and that will be something to build on moving forward."
The Lady Rams begin sectional tournament play on Thursday.
