Upcoming ODOT work this week
Week of Nov. 13, 2017
The following is highway construction scheduled to occur within Wyandot County.
U.S. 23 rest areas, both northbound and southbound, north of Upper Sandusky, closed Sept. 18 for approximately three months during a remodel project. No access to the park grounds will be permitted during the closure.
U.S. 23 and state Route 15 near their interchange with state Route 103, south of Carey, are reduced to one lane in each direction for work related to the removal of two bridge structures over abandoned railroads. Work is being performed by Miller Brothers Construction Inc., Archbold. The following are traffic impacts related to the project:
Northbound traffic on U.S. 23/state Route 15 has been switched back to the east side of the highway.
One lane of traffic in both the northbound and southbound direction is maintained through the work zone during paving operations and finish work.
The ramps at state Route 103 are being resurfaced with traffic maintained.
All ramps at the interchange remain open.
