16 Hardin Hills Employees Facing Disciplinary Procedures for Refusing COVID-19 Vaccine

Several employees of Hardin Hills Health Center are facing disciplinary procedures for refusing to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

At a recent meeting, Hardin Hills Administrator Sharon Huston told Hardin County Commissioners that 16 employees are refusing the vaccine per the new policy.

The employees have been told they have one week to comply.

The commissioners stated at an earlier meeting that all of the staff members need to be vaccinated, and those who refuse should consider that their voluntary resignation.
