A Kenton man has been jailed for possession of drug paraphernalia and violating a protective order.

Kenton Police report the apprehension of Emar L. Bailey at his home on State Route 53 yesterday afternoon, after a Kenton woman reported his telecommunications harassment of her.

Seized at Bailey’s home were his cell phone and a suspected marijuana-smoking bowl.
