Customer bills for AEP Ohio are sometimes being delivered past their due dates because of unprecedented delays in mail delivery.

AEP Ohio reminds customers of several digital payment options to keep bill payments on track.

Some of those options include paperless billing.

Customers can view their accounts securely with 24/7 access.

Also, Billing Alerts.

Customers enrolled in billing alerts will receive a text or email alert with a bill’s due date and when payment is received. Once the alert is received, customers can visit AEPOhio.com/Account and view the month’s bill.
