Allen County Ag Hall of Fame Now Has Permanent Display
The Allen County Ag Hall of Fame now has a location to honor its inductees.
The Chamber of Commerce’s Agribusiness Committee has been working on getting a permanent location for the Hall of Fame for about six years now.
The new home for the display is at the Johnny Appleseed Metropolitan District’s Farm Park on Slabtown Road.
The Ag Hall of Fame inducted their 12th class last week, and some of them joined other hall of famers to help cut the ribbon to mark the occasion.
The new location will be used to honor and learn about the families who are involved with the number one industry in Allen County.
