Allen County S.W.A.T Team Apprehends Barricaded Suspect Monday Afternoon
A Lima man was arrested after a search warrant was served Monday at a residence in the 4000 block of Willow Street in American Township in Allen County.
According to a release from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were able to confirm that 51-year-old Jonathan Fugatt was in the residence and had barricaded himself inside.
At approximately 4:00pm Monday afternoon, the Allen County S.W.A.T. Team entered the residence and took Fugatt into custody without any further incident.
He is being held at the Allen County Jail on a parole violation and obstructing official business.
This investigation is ongoing with additional charges expected to be presented to the Allen County Grand Jury at a later date.
