Holli Underwood, the Director of the Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance gave an update to Hardin County Commissioners at a recent meeting.
Underwood said that she attended the Ohio Economic Site Selection Conference last week.
She noted that there are three more sites she is gathering information for potential development.
That is a total of six sites being investigated.
Underwood also stated that the Alliance received some information on being a supplier for Intel.
She also said that workforce hiring and retention is struggling due to people job hopping.
60% of employers expect this to last two years before leveling out.
Finally, Underwood said that Kenton Safety Service Director Cindy Murray will be the Market Director for the Saturday Farmers Market, which starts May 28 and will run through September.
