The administration at Upper Scioto Valley School in McGuffey has again informed parents there was a bomb threat found on the wall in the school.

The building was evacuated and was checked, and as of around 2:15 Thursday afternoon, students were allowed to return to class.

This is the second day in a row that the building has been cleared due to this type of message. One was found Wednesday on a bathroom wall.

The school has issued a statement that reads, “We are continuing to work with the Hardin County Sheriff’s Department to resolve these serious and disruptive events. Yesterday’s event is in the process of being investigated and the sheriff’s department was in the building when today’s message was discovered. Our staff strives to keep student safety our number one priority.”

Hardin County Sheriff Keith Everhart said investigators are reviewing all videos and interviewing kids as part of the investigation.
