Former City of Kenton Superintendent of Water Treatment Sentenced in Hardin County Common Pleas Court

 A man who served as the Superintendent of Water Treatment for the City of Kenton and the certified water treatment plant operator at various other locations was sentenced Monday in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. Dale Albert, of Kenton, was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count of Violation of Safe Drinking Water requirements. He must serve 30 days local incarceration. Ohio State Highway Patrol Releases July Fourth Statistics: Lack of Safety Belt Usage Prevalent in Majority of Fatalities

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is reporting 16 people lost their lives in 15 traffic crashes during the July Fourth reporting period, which began Wednesday, July 3 at midnight and ended Sunday, July 7 at 11:59 p.m. In nine of the fatalities in which safety belts were available, seven were unbelted (78%).
