The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office has canceled Carrying a Concealed Weapon registration from now through December 6 due to recent changes to COVID-19 restrictions. The United Way of Hancock County's United We Can food drive continues through Friday, December 4. Dry cereal, dry pasta, peanut butter, jelly, and holiday-meal canned goods are among the items sought by The United Way of Hancock County. Donations are to be delivered to their office lobby at 245 Stanford Parkway in Findlay.
Family, Career and Community Leaders of America students at Hardin Northern packed shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child. There were enough donations school wide that enabled them to pack 50 boxes. Mrs. Delong's 1st grade class and Mr. Rettig's class were the winners and will have a cookie and hot cocoa party in December. The school thanked all of those who donated.
