Indian Lake Polar Plunge this Weekend

The 2024 Indian Lake Polar Plunge for Special Olympics will be this Saturday March 16. Activities are scheduled to take place at the Moose Lodge in Lakeview. Registration starts at 10:30 Saturday morning. Awards will be handed out at the Moose Lodge at 12:30. The plunge will take place at Old Field Beach at 1 Saturday afternoon. Ohio Hi-Point Students Become Certified Personal Trainers

BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio – Five Exercise Science seniors from Ohio Hi-Point Career Center recently became certified personal trainers. Devon Kimble (Benjamin Logan), Tony Stewart (Bellefontaine), Kaitlyn Gregg (Triad), Bri Cotterman (Upper Scioto Valley), and Brice Johnson (Upper Scioto Valley) earned their National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Training certifications after successfully completing the coursework and exam.
