Bartholemew “Bart” E. Phillips
Bartholemew “Bart” E. Phillips age 38 of Green Springs, passed away Wednesday October 28, 2020 at Eden Springs Healthcare Center. He was born November 28, 1981 in Bluffton to R. Lynn Phillips of Tiffin and the late Diana L (Rieff) Dennis.
Bart is survived by his children Martha Foltz, Caleb Foltz both of Arlington, Tristan Phillips of Findlay and Mckenize Davenport of Bellefontaine. He is survived by his siblings Jeremy Rieff of Bowling Green, Lura (Nick) Engel of McCutchenville and Nathan (Dorothy) Phillips of Upper Sandusky.
A graveside services and celebration of life will be held at a later date.
