Bellefontaine Woman Accepts Plea Deal in Case Involving the Death of Her Sons

A Bellefontaine woman accepted a plea deal thus avoiding a trial for killing her three young sons starting in July of 2014.

WPKO Radio reported that Brittany Pilkington pleaded guilty Tuesday afternoon to murder in connection to the deaths of her sone Gavin and Noah and was sentenced to 15 years to life for each death.

She entered a plea of guilty to manslaughter for the death of Niall and received a sentence of seven years in prison on that charge to be served consecutively. 

She will not be eligible for parole until serving 37 years in prison.

The 27 year old woman has already spent just over four years in jail.
