With early voting underway ahead of the May 6 election, BKP released information about its levy that is on the ballot.
This is a renewal levy and seeks no additional funds. In fact, the cost of the renewal levy has actually decreased to $50 yearly per $100,000 household.
Money from the levy is used to create BKP’s operating budget every year.
BKP Ambulance District is the first full-time department in Hardin County and covers the City of Kenton and the townships of Buck, Pleasant, Lynn, Cessna, Dudley and Goshen.
