Brother and Sister Youth Wrestlers Have Successful Season
Isaiah Mundy wrestled for the Kenton youth team and has placed 1st at the Miami valley state tournament 4x, and is a 2x OAC state qualifer.
He is traveling to Youngstown this weekend for the OAC state tournament.
He placed 1st at the Mason district, and had an undefeated season going 21-0 for Kenton.
His sister Ariana Mundy is a first year wrestler and had a winning season.
She placed 4th at the Miami valley state tournament against all boys and placed 7th at the Ohioway all girls state tournament.
Kenton youth wrestling had 3 girls on the team this year.
Isaiah is 9 years old and in 3rd grade.
Ariana is 8 years old and is in 2nd grade.
Both attend the Kenton Elementary School.
