Carey Man Charged with Fifth OVI Offense

Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers have charged a Carey man with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

It was his fifth offense. 

Isaiah Hesson was arrested after being pulled over in Carey during the early morning hours of Sunday, April 11th.

He appeared in the Upper Sandusky Municipal Court Monday morning.
