Kenton Schools On Spring Break

Kenton City Schools will not be in session today through Tuesday April 9th for spring break. That happens to fall during the total solar eclipse on Monday April 8.  As a reminder, free solar eclipse glasses were sent home with students yesterday. They were donated to the students by Quest Federal Credit Union.  Classes will resume on Wednesday April 10.

Hi-Road Drive-In Featured in Alliance’s Tourism Spotlight

The Hi-Road Drive-In, which is celebrating 75 years in business, is featured in the latest Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance Tourism Spotlight. Kenton Firefighters were dispatched to the 21000 block of Township Road 146 this afternoon to provide mutual assistance for a water rescue. The victim was removed by Mt. Victory Fire and is safe.
