The Ridgemont Boys Basketball team defeated Mt. Gilead in Varsity action Wednesday. The final was 70-50 in favor of the Golden Gophers. Leading Ridgemont was Landon Newland with 30 points, Mason Stuck with 22 and Grant Reppart with 11. The Golden Gophers improved to 9-1 on the season.

The Kenton wrestling team placed 7th out of fourteen teams with just five wrestlers at the 34th Annual Bucyrus Pool Tournament. Elgin High School won the tournament with eighteen wrestlers scoring 210.0 points.
