Christina Cross Joins Bricker’s Business and Tax Practice Groups

Columbus, Ohio, November 17, 2022 – Bricker & Eckler has grown its Business and Tax practice groups with the addition of Christina Cross who brings more than 20 years of experience advising public and private companies and financial institutions across multiple disciplines.

Cross also represents entrepreneurs to large corporations of diverse industries with business and tax matters.

Officially joining the firm in September, Cross’ practice includes entity formation, contract compliance review, financing, labor and employment, risk management, mergers and asset acquisitions, tax considerations and succession planning. She is also an experienced defense litigator and can oversee the creation and negotiation of business contracts. As a full-time attorney, Cross will serve clients working out of Bricker’s Columbus office and her home base of Kenton, Ohio.
