City of Kenton Extends Deadline to File Income Tax Returns

The City of Kenton has extended its deadline for filing and paying 2020 income tax returns.

All payments and returns are due by May 17, 2021.

The U.S. Treasury Department and Internal Revenue Service announced earlier this month that the federal income tax filing due date for individuals for the 2020 tax year was extended from April 15 to May 17. 

The Ohio Department of Taxation also announced an extension of the state income tax filing due date to May 17 as well.
