City of Lima residents are being asked to complete a 2025 Community Needs Survey.

Every year, the city gets funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

This money comes from two programs: the Community Development Block Grant and the HOME Investment Partnership program.

The funds help low- and middle-income families by focusing on the goals of more quality, affordable housing, better, safer neighborhoods and more job and business opportunities.

Right now, Lima is creating a plan for the next five years, but to make the best decisions, they need to hear from residents

To complete the survey, which is estimated to take 5 to 10 minutes to complete, please click here.
