Columbus Man Arrested and is Facing Sex Related Charges

A 23 year old Columbus man is facing several sex related charges after being arrested near the Hoffman Pool in Bellefontaine over the weekend.

WPKO Radio reported that Bellefontaine police arrested John Flood after he was allegedly caught in the back seat of his vehicle with a 14 year old boy.

Flood, who is facing multiple felony charges, is said to have arranged to meet the boy at the pool on a social media app.

He claimed that he didn’t know the boy’s age. 

Flood was taken to the Logan County Jail in Bellefontaine.
