Hardin Hills Administrator Sharon Huston, along with pH7 Architects, met the Hardin County Commissioners on Zoom at a recent meeting to discuss a proposed addition to Hardin Hills.

Scott Deisler and Mike Healy presented an initial assessment to add 9 private rooms and 9 restrooms with showers and a physical therapy room for a total of 5700 square feet.

An estimate of probable cost is $1.9 million dollars.

This is an early opinion of construction cost with no soft cost included, which would include furniture; equipment, etc.

They anticipate 3-4 months for the design, one month advertising and one month procurement and 9-10 months of construction.

The Commissioners will review the option as well as other options and funding.
