Contractors Hit gas Line; Part of Main Street in Kenton Temporarily Closed
Contractors working on the downtown construction project in Kenton, inadvertently hit a shallow gas line in the parking lot area on the south side of Price-McElroy Funeral Home.
Enbridge Gas is on the way to the scene to shut the gas off.
In the meantime, Main Street, from Columbus Street to Carrol Street is closed.
It is expected to be reopened at around 6:30 this (Wednesday March 26) evening.
