Counterfeit Money Used at Kenton Business

A counterfeit bill was used at Porterhouse on West Lima Street over the weekend.

 

According to the report, upon arrival, officers were shown a suspected counterfeit $5 bill by an employee.

 

The bill was determined to be counterfeit and was confiscated to be turned over to the Secret Service.

 

The woman who used the bill at the store is not suspected of being the one who manufactured it and is not a suspect, but is considered to be a victim.
