There are two county-wide money issues on the November 8 ballot.

One is a five year renewal levy for operation of the 9-1-1 service.

The other is a five year renewal levy for the Hardin County Council on Aging to provide or maintain services for senior citizens of the county.

The Hardin County-wide contested race is for Judge of the Court of Common Pleas Court-Domestic Relations Division.

That is between Maria Santo and Mark Schwemer.

Another contested race is for residents of the 83rd Ohio House district in Hancock, Hardin and part of Logan County.

Incumbent Republican Jon Cross is running against Democratic Challenger Claire Osborne.
