Court of Appeals to Hear Oral Arguments at Hardin County Courthouse

The Third District Court of Appeals will be traveling July 9th to Hardin County to hear oral arguments, which will be held in the common pleas general division courtroom at the Hardin County Courthouse in Kenton.
The Court’s visit is part of a district-wide tour of the seventeen counties that comprise the Third Appellate District.
The Court will hear two cases, one arising out of Hardin County and the other arising out of Logan County.
A three-judge panel will hear the cases on appeal.
The Court of Appeals is based in Lima.
