Crash in Findlay Injures Driver Thursday Evening

A Findlay woman was injured in a crash that occurred in that city Thursday evening.

According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, 22 year old Svannah Durain was driving north in the 3000 block of Norcrest Street when she reached over to grab her cell phone in the passenger seat.

The car travelled into the southbound lane and struck a parked vehicle.

Durain was transported to Blanchard Valley Hospital for treatment of a possible head injury.

She was cited for no operator’s license, expired registration and driving left of center.

Distracted driving was also applied to the citation.
