If anyone saw police officers at the Cridersville Elementary School in Auglaize County this week, there was no emergency.

Cridersville Police Chief Paul Robbins and Wapakoneta Police Departments Emergency Response Team members toured the school back on Monday.

The tour was conducted to keep members of the Emergency Response Team familiar with the building, staff and any upgrades/changes that have been made.

Working to keep the students, staff and visitors of Cridersville Elementary School safe is top priority for the department.
