A Dayton man was arrested after the Grand Lake Task Force conducted an undercover drug buy earlier this week.
According to a release from the Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office, an undercover agent arranged to have a suspect from Montgomery County deliver and sell drugs at Walmart in Wapakoneta.
The male suspect arrived, and the buy was completed.
The purchase was approximately 240 grams of methamphetamine and approximately 5 grams of fentanyl.
33-year-old Christopher Brown, of Dayton, was arrested and transported to the Auglaize County Corrections Center on a charge of trafficking in drugs.
A search of his vehicle was conducted, but nothing else was located.
The incident remains under investigation.
