Driver Charged with OVI
A Kenton man was cited after police investigated a report about an impaired driver who had just left the Village Pantry parking lot over the weekend.
According to the report, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of East Carrol Street.
The driver, identified as 28 year old Alvaro Hernandez, was arrested for operating a vehicle intoxicated.
He was also cited for weaving and for no operator’s license.
