A roll over accident occurred Sunday morning in Logan County.

According to the report from the Marysville Post of the Ohio State Patrol, 28 year old Cody Instine, of West Mansfield, was driving west on U.S. 33 and travelled off the left side of the road.

The car went across the median and into the eastbound lanes where it struck the guardrail and overturned.

Disabling damage occurred to the car, but Instine was not injured.

Alcohol was suspected, but so far Instine has only been charged with failure to control.
