After conducting a traffic stop, the driver, identified as  Kalie Beltz, failed a field sobriety test and was arrested.

A deputy found open containers of vodka and whiskey in the vehicle, and Beltz was cited for operating a vehicle intoxicated, travelling the wrong direction on a divided highway and open container.
