Drivers Treated at Scene Following Crash on Columbus Street
A crash occurred just after 7 Tuesday evening on East Columbus Street in Kenton.
According to the Kenton Police Department report, 85 year old Freda Miller, of Kenton, was driving east on Columbus Street and attempted to enter the left turn lane at Morningside Drive.
Her vehicle struck the rear of a car in front of her being operated by 56 year old Julie Hurt, of Dublin, Ohio.
Moderate to heavy damage occurred to the vehicles.
Both drivers were treated at the scene by personnel from BKP EMS.
Miller was cited for a reasonable control violation.
