8 people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to documents from the office of Clerk of Courts Carrie Haudenshield:

 

.Rick K. Gault was sentenced to a total of 4 years and 9 months in prison on 2 counts of felonious assault and one count each of aggravated burglary and grand theft.

 

The following 7 individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

 

.Rickey M. Hamlin, on one count of sexual imposition. He must serve 30 days local incarceration and was classified as a Tier I Sex Offender.

 

.Johnny L. Bates, on one count each of having weapons under disability, attempted abduction, criminal damaging or endangering and possessing a defaced firearm.

 

.Monaca E. Mazey, on one count of burglary.

 

.Jill N. Edgington, on one count of possession of heroin.

 

.Joel J. Reissig Jr., on one count of domestic violence.

 

.Emily J. Gore, on one count of perjury.

 

.Amanda A. Gammon, on one count of complicity to misuse of a credit card.

 

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
